作為杭州大城北建設(shè)中的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，杭州運(yùn)河灣國(guó)際旅游休閑綜合體坐落在杭州市拱墅區(qū)大運(yùn)河新城核心區(qū)南片區(qū)。項(xiàng)目分為三期，Aedas全球設(shè)計(jì)董事劉程輝帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成了整體概念方案及一期地塊深化，設(shè)計(jì)基于杭州運(yùn)河灣地塊獨(dú)特的運(yùn)河文化，歷史積淀及碼頭工業(yè)遺址，在此打造出極具活力的國(guó)際旅游休閑目的地。

Located in the south area of the Grand C** New Town in Gongshu District of Hangzhou, the site is the first phase of a larger project, starting off as a vibrant international touri** and leisure complex highlighting waterfront characteristic of Yun He Wan and the industrial pier historical remains.

運(yùn)河街

The C**

整體規(guī)劃沿南北方向強(qiáng)調(diào)運(yùn)河及港池兩條廊道，再以東西步行廊道串聯(lián)一期商業(yè)街，樞紐公園以及歡樂(lè)港灣，在尊重自然格局的基礎(chǔ)上打造多節(jié)點(diǎn)的公共空間結(jié)構(gòu)。

The axis weaves all components together with the c**s, creating a direct pedestrian flow and a vivid self-contained environment.

在運(yùn)河沿岸地塊塑造了一條重現(xiàn)運(yùn)河兩岸繁華風(fēng)貌的運(yùn)河街，布局上借鑒了傳統(tǒng)江南庭院格局，沿用小體量，庭院空間、創(chuàng)造尺度上更適宜，街道空間更友好的親水步行空間。樞紐公園結(jié)合城市綠地，商業(yè)街區(qū)與軌道交通打造多層級(jí)**匯聚集散地，形成城市交流平臺(tái)。歡樂(lè)港灣結(jié)合工業(yè)遺存龍門吊，圍繞運(yùn)河主題文化，匯集水陸集散中心，工業(yè)遺址公園，文創(chuàng)主題商業(yè)等創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)熱鬧非凡的休閑娛樂(lè)空間。

The public veins and icons are well-connected along the c** by adapting traditional Jiangnan courtyard layout, which results in higher flexibility to shape the pedestrians. Integration of the retail street and the railway creates a leisure and entertainment ** destination.

一期建筑設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合江南傳統(tǒng)建筑特色，引入街、里、園的設(shè)計(jì)理念，根據(jù)**停留的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短對(duì)水岸街道、商業(yè)內(nèi)街進(jìn)行歸類細(xì)分，形成快街慢里游園的核心體驗(yàn)。以春、夏、秋、冬四季為主題的庭院，穿插設(shè)置于立面獨(dú)特的商業(yè)空間之中，在移步換景間，以富有變化的建筑群，為消費(fèi)者營(yíng)造出活力有趣的購(gòu)物體驗(yàn)，打破因地塊狹長(zhǎng)而產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)線單調(diào)問(wèn)題。

The design of Phase 1 draws inspiration from Jiangnan architecture, the layout composition is shaped by fast streets, slow lanes and wander garden to enhance circulation. Situated along a river, the complex provides a dynamic shopping journey. The four courtyards are designated themes of the seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter, coupled with distinctive fa?ade designs of the blocks. The shifting sceneries animate visitors’ shopping experience, as well as contribute to the overall vitality of the complex.

設(shè)計(jì)在初期就考慮商業(yè)落位，零售與景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)互動(dòng)，最大化商業(yè)界面，同時(shí)打造豐富的公共空間，入口處的下沉廣場(chǎng)和中心獨(dú)特的云臺(tái)，將為城市提供開(kāi)放的休閑場(chǎng)所，未來(lái)也可在此設(shè)置一系列娛樂(lè)和餐飲設(shè)施。

The retail components and installations vitalise the space to create a dyamic public realm. Along with the sunken plaza at the entrance and the unique cloud terrace at the center, public spaces are created to provide open, leisure spots to the city, accompanied by a series of entertainment and F&B elements.
